Good Intents are thrilled to be the supplier of luxury marquees at Flanesford Priory near Goodrich in the glorious Wye Valley. With an abundance of things to do in the area, from mountain biking to bobbing about on the River Wye, and with the majestic Goodrich Castle on the doorstep means Flanesford Priory is the perfect wedding venue. The light and airy, beamed Glebe Room is licensed for civil ceremonies, and with plenty of guest accommodation in the numerous apartments, means everything can be done under one roof. With easy access to the M50 motorway also means the venue is easy to get for your guests to reach.
Food and drink is supplied by the owner of the Priory, Izzie Roper and Izzie’s Catering. She has created wonderful menus to suit every taste, using seasonal, local produce, of which there is a wealth of in the area.
For wedding receptions greater than 50 seated guests, the marquee has fantastic, far reaching views through our clear panoramic windows, across lush green meadows and towards the tree-lined hills, providing plenty of opportunity for photographs and guests to enjoy the clear country air. A rustic wooden bar unit in the marquee is set up for your use. The marquee is linked to an adjoining barn room, which allows for a quiet area for guests to chill out.
