Raising the roof and money for charity
With over 400 guests to look after and help raise as much money for a local charity, it was imperative the structure work exceptionally well. We installed a 12m clear roof structure to house the bar and reception space. Off this were three ancillary spaces; a green room for the band, a bar store and in-built in toilet space.
The main dining and dance space was then in an adjoining 15m x 30m lined marquee with simple, on brand decoration. This was also where the auction and main fundraising event would be taking place as guests were seated for dinner. We utilized the expertise of Area Entertainments to install the AV and audio equipment for the auction. We installed exceptional lighting throughout so not a single bid was missed. After the serious business of the auction was over, the spectacular black and white dancefloor was well heeled by guests to celebrate a wonderful evening of fundraising.
