Thank you so much for all you did to make our party such a success. The marquee was fantastic. As one guest said when they arrived in awe and wonder, it was bigger than Paddington station from whence they had just come! It looked fabulous. And it held up! There were moments when I felt sorry for the scaffolding as 300 dancers tested it to the full!
But connecting to the lake really made the difference and without your inspiration we would have not been able to do this. The heliosphere was incredible as it floated over the lake and joined everyone on the decking. Your tailor made, everything is possible approach sets Good Intents apart from the other marquee companies who provide a standard more commoditised approach. Herefordshire is lucky to have such a supplier.
When filming in the Shropshire countryside with a large 200 person crew and in the time of a covid pandemic we required a number of socially distanced spaces to service the cast and crew. Good Intents, based in Herefordshire close to our locations, installed numerous large span marquees as costume, make-up and dining spaces, built quickly and efficiently without fuss. They also called on other local suppliers for our power, site lighting and honey wagons which helped us keep our spend in the local area and supporting struggling businesses in this time of national lockdown. Our experience working with Bruce, Lucy and their team from the start was fun and efficient, I’ll be using them again very soon.

Having worked with Good Intents for a number of years through work, they were always our first choice when it came to arrange a marquee for our Herefordshire wedding. Bruce, Lucy, Sian and all the site build teams were fantastic from day one, always on hand if we had a query and offered great advice throughout. We had an incredible setting for our reception and the marquee needed to capture the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Needless to say, Good Intents achieved this whilst also giving us ample space to eat, drink, dance and enjoy our perfect day. It was also the little touches such as the fancy glitterballs for extra dancefloor glitz, the pea-lights in the roof lining and Chinese-hat entrance, or festoon lighting surrounding our temporary lawn that really gave the space an added wow factor. We would recommend them to anyone and can’t thank them enough for what they did for us; they’re by far the best.
Just a few words to say a belated thank you for the your assistance in pulling off a great marquee for Ben’s 21st. We’ve had loads of comments on how great the marquee looked and the transformation of the surroundings. Thank you for all the advice and ideas.
